About the Speaker:
Steven F. Hayward is the F.K. Weyerhaeuser Fellow at the American
Enterprise Institute, a fellow at the Claremont Institute, and a senior fellow at the Pacific Research Institute. He received his Ph.D. in American
Studies from the Claremont Graduate School. He is the author of numerous articles and books on public policy and statesmanship, including a two-volume
political biography of Ronald Reagan. Each year for over 15 years he has co-authored the Index of Leading Environmental Indicators.
This lecture was delivered as part of a lecture series at Hillsdale College's Allan P. Kirby, Jr. Center
